2	large	egg
1 1/3	cup, chopped	pecans
2	tablespoons	butter
1 2/3	cups unpacked	brown sugar
1 1/3	cups	splenda no-calorie sweetener
3 1/2	cups	cream, half and half, fat free
1 1/2	cups	organic half and half
1 3/4	teaspoon	vanilla extract/pure

1	saute pecan in butter, set asdie
2	in sauce pan over medium heat, stir in beat eggs, fat free hald anf half and sugars, simmer 2 min
3	add half and hald and vanilla
4	refrigeratoreat for 2 hours
5	add to ice cream machine for 15 min
6	add pecans last 5 minutes
7	the freeze for 2 hours
