Recipe Description This recipe was adapted from a recipe that originally appeared in Reader's Digest. I have tried to lower the sugar content and make it a "healthier" granola bar

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Combine first seven ingredients, through vanilla extract, in a large bowl.
3In a second bowl combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice.
4Mix flour mixture into sugar mixture.
5Add remaining ingredients. Mix well
6Press into 13X9 inch baking pan or bar pan coated with cooking spray
7Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove pan to wire rack and let cool. Cut into 12 bars.
