Steps
Sequence Step
1preheat oven to 350, spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
2combine and mix all dry ingredients. beat sugar and margarine with wooden spoon, do not overmix. add purees and egg white just to blend, do not overmix. add dry ingredients and raisins. drop by heaping tbspn. full onto baking pan about 1 inch apart. bake 12-15 mins, cool on baking sheets for 4-5 mins until they are cool enough to handle. transfer to rack to cool completely.
