Step

| 1 | Add Water and Onion in a pot and bring to a boil. | 2 | Add Salt, Cabbage, Chicken Tenders, and Mushrooms once water is boiling. | 3 | Smash Chicken with a fork to break it down to smaller pieces if the minced chicken tend to clump up into large balls. | 4 | Bring to a boil again for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked and cabbage is soft, then add Brocolli, Cauliflower. Boil for 5 minutes until they are tender. Once they are tender (remember it will continue cooking once the stove is turned off too so dont over cook them). | 5 | The last thing to add at the end is the Spinach. Tear it up and add it to the pot to not over cook them since they will wilt fast. | 6 | Add Salt, Black Pepper, Jalapeno pepper (to make it spicy) or Mrs. Dash seasoning salt for taste. |
