1/2
cups (8 fl oz)water
1
tablespoonsalt, to taste (may need more)
1/2
tablespoonsPeppers, Jalapeno, minced (use more or less to taste)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Add Water and Onion in a pot and bring to a boil.
2Add Salt, Cabbage, Chicken Tenders, and Mushrooms once water is boiling.
3Smash Chicken with a fork to break it down to smaller pieces if the minced chicken tend to clump up into large balls.
4Bring to a boil again for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked and cabbage is soft, then add Brocolli, Cauliflower. Boil for 5 minutes until they are tender. Once they are tender (remember it will continue cooking once the stove is turned off too so dont over cook them).
5The last thing to add at the end is the Spinach. Tear it up and add it to the pot to not over cook them since they will wilt fast.
6Add Salt, Black Pepper, Jalapeno pepper (to make it spicy) or Mrs. Dash seasoning salt for taste.
