| 1 | preheat oven to 375*F Lightly grease 20 2 1/2 " muffin cups or use paper liners. In a bowl combine the flour, sugar baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside | 2 | in another bowl, combine the milk, cereal and oats. Let stand 2 minutes. Whisk in the almond butter, banana, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add flour misxture and chocolate peices to cereal mixturn.
