Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350
2In a small bowel, mix together the tomato ingredients. Set aside, You may add a few drops of water to get it to a ketchup like consistency
3In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, meat mix, parmesan, vegetables, herbs and seasonings.
4Form meatloaf mix into a 10 x 8 rectangle. Layer with procuitto and provolone and roll like a burrito, pinching the edge shut and down on the baking sheet
5Place tomato sauce over top of meatloaf. Bake for an hour and 15 minutes
