1Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F) 2. Line 6 cups of a standard muffin tin with paper liners and set aside 3. In a small bowl place all crumble ingredients and mix togeather with a for until crumbly and set aside 4. In a large bowl stir togeather flour, spices (cinnamon,cloves) baking soda, baking powder and salt. (Set aside) 5. In a separate bowl whisk togeather yogurt, butter and egg. 6. Make well in middle of dry ingredients and add yogurt mixture. Stir until just combined. Fold in carrots 7. Spoon batter into prepared cups about ¾ way full then sprinkle crumble mixture on top 8. Bake muffins for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
