| 1 | In a mixing bowl cream applesauce and lite brown sugar. Beat in pumpkin puree and vanilla. | 2 | Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder; gradually add to the creamed mixture. | 3 | Drop by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets. | 4 | Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. |
