cupapplesauce, natural no sugar added

cups, packedbrown sugar, light packed

cuppumpkin, canned (1/2 large can)

cupflour unbleached, whole wheat, all-purpose

teaspooncinnamon, ground

teaspoonbaking soda

Steps
Sequence Step
1In a mixing bowl cream applesauce and lite brown sugar. Beat in pumpkin puree and vanilla.
2Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
3Drop by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
4Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
