| 1 | coarse grind the almonds,walnuts and oats in a blender or food processor
in a sauce pan heat the peanut butter, coconut sugar and milk until the ingridients melt togheter
pour the peanut butter mixture over the dri ingridients
mixture well and transfer to a 8x8 dish
