Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute bell pepper, jalapeno, chilies and onion for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute another minute
2Add ground sirloin and cook until meat is nicely browned and cooked.
3Add all seasonings and cook 1 minute.
4add tomato sauce and paste and stir for 2 minutes
5Stir in beer and chicken stock
6Add beans, lower heat and simmer for 2 hours
