Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook beef and chopped onion in a Pam''d skillet until beef is cooked thoroughly.
2Add garlic, chili powder, cumin and pepper.
3Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
4Add refried beans, and stir until well blended. Cook 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to blend. May add water to achieve desired consistency.
