| 1 | Chop vegetables to desired size. Spray nonstick pan with olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides; place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with vegetables, tomato paste, garlic, basil and any other desired seasonings. Pour liquids over top; cook on low for 8 hours. |
