Steps
Sequence Step
1toss pork with flour and brown over medium heat 5-7 minutes.
2Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
3lower heat and simmer until potato cubes are tender and pork is done - about 45 minutes. add more broth if it gets too thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
