Steps
Sequence Step
1Preset Ovin 375 and place cupcake liners in muffin tin
2Puree Roasted Beets with, butter, sugar and splenda until well blended.
3Add eggs, vanilla, and yogurt, mix well
4In a seperate bowl mix cocoa, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Then Fold into wet mixture.
5Spoon batter into 24 cupcake papers. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375
6Cool cupcakes on wrack
7To make the Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
8Blend cream cheese, cocoa, confectioners sugar and vanilla together in a mixer or food processor.
9Frost Cupcakes
