| 1 | Peel/cube potatoes, boil until soft | 2 | While potatoes are cooking, put 1/3 stick of butter in a pan and place chopped onion. Cook onion until it is soft. | 3 | Place ground beef into same pan with onions. Cook until beef is browned. | 4 | Put veggies into pan with beef/onions when beef is almost done cooking. | 5 | As the veggies are warming with the beef, take the potatoes off the stove, drain and place in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, place 1/3 stick butter in the potatoes and mix. Adding milk as needed for consistancy. |
