1Thaw frozen peas Break cauliflower into flowerets, wash and drain Chop Celery and onion Lightly chop cashews Place all vegetables in large bowl Mix dry ranch dressing and sour cream Add sour cream to vegetables and mix Chill Lightly chop nuts and add to vegetable mixture Lightly chop nuts and add to

2Break cauliflower into flowerets, wash and drain
3Chop Celery and onion
4Place all vegetables in large bowl
5Mix dry ranch dressing and sour cream
6Add sour cream to vegetables and mix
7Chill
