Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degress F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, soda and salt; set aside.
2In a large bowl, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in bananas and applesauce. Add flour mixture alternately with the yogurt and milk to the creamed mixture. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
3Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately place in freezer to cool for 45 minutes. This keeps the break moist.
