11. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix with a wire whisk.
22. In a standing mixer bowl, combine eggs, water, oil, honey and vinegar until well blended. With the mixer on its lowest speed, slowly add the dry ingredients until combined. Stop the machine and scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Beat for one minute or until smooth.
33. Spoon dough into prepared 9x5 loaf pan. Let rise, uncovered, in a warm, draft free place for 60-75 minutes or until dough has risen to the top of the pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
44. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature of loaf registers 200 degrees. Remove from the pan immedieately and let cool completely on a rack. Slice after cooled, and wrap slices between wax paper and bag. Freeze the pieces you won''t eat in a couple of days.
