| 1 | Chop onions and mushrooms. I like my mushrooms diced, but it is up to you. | 2 | Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until soft. | 3 | Mix together milk, water and arrowroot powder. Add to skillet. | 4 | Add butter, salt and pepper. Cook until it thickens to your liking. |
