cupwhole wheat cake flour

cupblack sesame seeds

teaspooncayenne pepper

tablespoonsolive oil

cup (8 fl oz)water
Steps
Sequence Step
1wisk together oats and flour. add rest of dry ingredients, wisk together till thouroughly mixed.
2add olive oil and cut in whth a pastery knike or fork. add water and fold in with your pastery knife. form into an oval loaf and cover with a paper towel and let stand for 30 minutes.
3pre heat oven to 325 deg. cut oval into 8 triangles. form into a ball, flatten, and put on a pan with parchment paper. cut each into 8 triangles using a pizza cutter. bake 20 min, turn over and bake another 20 min or until crisp. cool and enjoy.
