| 1 | wisk together oats and flour. add rest of dry ingredients, wisk together till thouroughly mixed. | 2 | add olive oil and cut in whth a pastery knike or fork. add water and fold in with your pastery knife. form into an oval loaf and cover with a paper towel and let stand for 30 minutes. | 3 | pre heat oven to 325 deg. cut oval into 8 triangles. form into a ball, flatten, and put on a pan with parchment paper. cut each into 8 triangles using a pizza cutter. bake 20 min, turn over and bake another 20 min or until crisp. cool and enjoy. |
