cupQuaker quick cooking

cup, groundalmonds

cup, choppedcranberries, dried

tablespoonsgolden flax meal

teaspoonvanilla extract
Steps
Sequence Step
1mixed together all dry ingredients in large bowl
2mix together peanut butter and rice syrup. microwave 30 seconds, then mix - repeat 2 times
3add vanilla to liquid mixture
4add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. mix with wood spoon and/or hands
5press firm into lightly sprayed pan
6let cool 30 min then cut into bars. wrap bars in plastic wrap
