| 1 | Preheat oven 375F. Spray 9x13 baking dish w/cooking spray, set aside | 2 | Spray large skillet w/cooking spray; heat over med-high heat. Cook sausage until done. Drain and place in bowl. Add onions, zucchini and bell peppers to skillet; cook for 6 minutes or until crips-tender. Add sausage back to skillet and mix. Spoon into prepared baking disk, sprinkle with cheese. | 3 | Beat Egg Beaters and Eggs with milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended.
