Steps

1peel rhubarb, brown meat in dutch oven, remove, add oil onion,saute,when golden add ginger,raisins,saute, add wine reduce 5 minutes, add stock and rhubarb,zest and honey, meld. Add meat, cover with parchment, place lid and put into lower third of 300 degree oven for 3 to 3.5 hours
