2	servings	Chicken Breast (Non-Breaded)
2	cups	chicken broth or stock
1	can (16 fl oz)	tomatoes, canned mexican stewed
1	can (15 oz)	black beans, canned, Bush's
1	can, 15 oz (303 x 406)	corn, canned
8	tablespoons	Green chiles, 4 oz canned chopped with liquid
8	ounces	cream cheese
1/2	teaspoon	Paprika
1/2	teaspoon	chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Place Chicken breasts and tomatoes into a large skillet
2	Pour Chicken broth into the pan. Over high heat bring the ingredients to a roiling boil Reduce to med heat and cook until chicken is no longer pink
3	Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Keep broth on stove simmering
4	Chop chicken into small chunks
5	Add chicken back to broth
6	Rinse and drain the black beans, corn, and green chilis
7	Add them to skillet
8	Add Cream Cheese, Paprika and Chipotle peppers.
9	Stir it all together and let it simmer for 10 minutes on Med Heat. Stiring occasionaly
