Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook cereal, brown rice, millet, quinoa, amaranth and chia seed for 20 minutes in pressure cooker with 5 1/2 cups water. Cool and add 5 cups of water and 2 cups of high gluten flower and two cups of freshlymilled whole wheat flour. Mix and add sunflower seeds, seamame seeds and flaxseed. Conitues adding the remaining ingredient in Bosch mixer. Let rise till double and punch down put in pans let rise and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
