11) Pre heat oven to 150*-170*, depends on lowest oven setting. 2) Grind 3 C white wheat and 3 C red wheat with 3 unflavored vitamin C tablets (500mg ea). The bowl will be clean and the dough velvety. 8) Spray 4 loaf pans with a non stick spray. 9) Pour 1 teaspoon of oil on a clean counter top, turn bread onto counter coating in oil. 10) Divide dough into 4 equal portions; pat out each into a rectangle and roll up pinching the ends and sealing the edge. 11) Place each into a loaf pan and into the preheated oven. TURN OFF THE OVEN!! 12) Let rise, untouched, for 30 minutes. 13) Turn on the oven to 350*, DO NOT DISTURB THE PANS! Bake 35 minutes until loaves are golden brown and when tapped sounds hollow.
