| 1 | heat beans with vegetable stock, add 1 tablespoon liquid aminos, 1 tsp chile powder. cook until beans are warm. Cook rice. Put rice on bottom, pile beans on rice, add vegetables, cilantro, and avocado on top then squeeze a lemon on top. Add salsa. |
