Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven 350
2Line baking sheets with parchment paper or use your favorite non-stick option.
3Blend walnuts, pistachios and seeds until fine. Scraping sides as necessary. Add 1/3 cup applesauce. continue to blend until well mixed.
4Heat honey until easily poured - DO NOT BOIL Remove from heat Stir in vanilla, 3 tablespoons applesauce Add to the ground nut butter - Blend until smooth.
5In medium bowl, whisk together oat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add slowly to nut butter mixture.
6Once thoroughly combined stir in rolled oats. Fold in raisins to your taste.
7Using a tablespoon or scoop, shape dough into balls and place on baking sheet(s). The dough balls willnot spread out so you must press them down to form a cookie shape.
8Bake approx. 18-20 minutes Cool on wire racks...if you can wait that long :0)
