Steps
Sequence Step
1Spray 1 qt baking dish with Pam (non-stick spray). Cut slice of bread into 1" cubes and place in dish.
2Sprinkle cooked, crumbled Turkey Sausage on bread. Then sprinkle shredded (fat-free) mozzarella cheese in dish.
3Mix egg beaters, milk, salt and dash of dry mustard. Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese in dish.
4Be sure all bread is covered in egg mixture. Cover with saran wrap and place in refrig overnight.
5The next morning, remove baking dish from refrig. Pre-heat over to 375. When oven is ready, place dish in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until casserole is golden brown and set. Place knife in center and casserole is ready when knife comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
