| 1 | dissolve the yeast packet in 1/4 cup warm (about 105F) water, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the yeast. stir until there are no lumps, let the yeast nom on the sugar for 10 min. | 2 | combine ingredients in a bowl, knead for about 10 minutes until it prefers sticking to itself rather than you. | 3 | dump on floured surface and cover, let it rest for about another 10 minutes. | 4 | when times up, roll that blob of soon-to-be deliciousness into a rectangle, then fold and put into your handy bread pan. (you had that greased and ready ahead of time, right? yeah me neither.) | 5 | cover and put in a warm spot for an hour.
