Sequence Step
1MELT BUTTER PRIOR TO BEGINNING THIS RECIPE. THAW WHIPPED TOPPING UNDER REFRIGERATION. 1. PREPARE BISCUITS: A. MIX TOGETHER BISCUICK, MELTED BUTTER AND MILK BY HAND UNTIL SOFT DOUGH FORMS. ALL INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE INCORPORATED. B. USING A #2 SCOOPER (DISHER), DROP BALLS OF DOUGH ONTO SPRAYED SHEET PAN; ARRANGING IN ROWS 6x9. C. BAKE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 400 DEGREES F., LOW FAN, FOR 5 MINUTES. ROTATE PAN AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 5-7 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE. D. ALLOW BISCUITS TO COOL AND CUT IN HALF.
2. STRAWBERRY DIRECTIONS: A. IN MIXER, ON LOW SPEED WITH PADDLE ATTACHMENT; MIX TOGETHER STRAWBERRIES AND SUGAR. STRAWBERRIES SHOULD START TO MASH BUT WILL STILL HAVE SOME CHUNKS. NOTE: TASTE STRAWBERRIES BEFORE ADDING SUGAR, IF ALREADY SWEETEND, OMIT SUGAR.
33. ASSEMBLY: A. PREPARE WHIPPED TOPPING: 1. ONCE THAWED UNDER REFRIGERATION, SHAKE WELL BEFORE OPENING. 2. PLACE IN CHILLED MIXING BOWL AND WHIP ON 2ND SPEED UNTILL GLOSS DISAPPEARS AND STIFF PEAKS HAVE FORMED. ABOUT 8-12 MINUTES. B. PLACE BOTTOM HALF OF BISCUIT ON DESSERT PLATE AND LADEL 1 OUNCE STRAWBERRY FILLING. ADD TOP HALF OF BISCUIT AND LADEL 1 OUNCE OF STRAWBERRY FILLING ON TOP. TOP WITH 1 TABLESPOON OF WHIPPED CREAM. C. SERVE CHILLED
