teaspoonbaking powder

teaspoonsalt
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 round cake pans with non-stick spray or grease with vegan margarine.
2Whisk together soy milk and vinegar in a large bowl, set aside for a few minutes to curdle.
3Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4Add Splenda, oil and vanilla extract into the soy milk mixture.
5Add flour mixture into the soymilk mixture in 2 batches, whisk or beat until there are no more lumps.
6Pour into cake pans and bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with frosting of your choice.
