Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil lentils until soft, let cool (approximately 20 minutes at a rapid boil)
2mix together dry ingredients
3add carrots, raisins, apple sauce, and lentils Mix well
4pour into lined muffin tins
5bake 18-30 mins at 350C until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
6Makes approximately 15 muffins
