Cauliflower pizza

cupegg beaters

ounces2 % Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

Steps
Sequence Step
1mix 1 cup cauliflower, seasoning, cheese and egg beater in bowl with fork
2spread out in a circle on parchment paper on a baking sheet
3cook in pre heated 425 degree oven 30 minutes, turn over and cook another 10 minutes. Will be crisp and may appear burned but it isnt

1puree canned tomatoes you may add a little pizza spice to it. spread on cooled crust
2sprinkle cheese on top and top with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil
3Broil until cheese is melted 5-10 minutes
