cup whole kernelsalmonds sliced

cup, halves and wholecashews, chopped

teaspoonsvanilla extract

cupchocolate protein powder

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt honey and coconut oil in microwave for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour over dry mixture and stir well. Spread evenly between two rimmed baking sheets. Bake in over for 15-20 minutes, stirring every five minutes until golden brown. Cool and store in air tight container.
