Steps
Sequence Step
1Place raw, ground turkey meat into large skillet and cook over medium high heat until well cooked. Place aside.
2Use same skillet for Onion and pepper mix. Pour tblspn olive oil into pan and add chopped onions and peppers. Add Italian seasoning and stir over medium heat until onions are lightly translucent.
3In separate bowl, crack eggs and stir or whisk until well blended.
4Add turkey and eggs into onion mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are completely done.
5This recipe contains no added sodium. May add salt and pepper to taste if your diet allows. An additional tsp of Italian seasoning may be added, also to taste. Italian Seasoning with sage give that mock breakfast sausage taste, without the additional chemicals and preservatives laden in most non-organic national brands.
6Additions to skillet may include : Mushrooms, artichoke hearts, chives, cauliflower ''rice'', and other vegetables of choice.
7Serve with fruit of choice, baby greens and/or a medium serving of apple-beet-kale juice.
