Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking soda, spices and salt. To that, add the egg, sweetner, applesauce, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until combined. Then, add in shredded zucchini. You may need a little added water to moisten the mixture. Start with a tablespoon and increase if needed. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
