can (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

teaspoonscumin, ground

teaspoonmustard powder

stalk, large (11"-12" long)celery, diced

cup, slicedOnion chopped

cup, slicedzucchini

cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, seeded and diced

tablespoonolive oil, extra virgin
Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large pop add olive oil and warm. Add diced celery, onion and red pepper. Cook until soften about 5 minutes. Add zuccini and cook about 3 minutes more.
2Add canned beans, tomatoes, V8 juice and spices. Simmer about an hour.
