Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine brown sugar, white sugar and agave and mix completely.
2Add oil and applesauce, and beat until creamy.
3Add eggs and vanilla and beat until very fluffy and light colored.
4Put the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in the flour sifter, and sift into the creamy mixture. Mix in slowly, speeding up, until completely mixed.
5Beat in Chocolate chips
6Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
7Bake for about 8 minutes at 375*.
8Let them cool on the cookie sheet for a minute or so before transferring them to the cooling racks.
