spray (about 1 second)Pam cooking spray
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat griddle or pan to 350 degrees. Mix together baking mix, buttermilk, water, eggs, stevia. Stir until mixed, batter will be slightly lumpy. Spray griddle or pan with Pam. Use 1/4 cup measuring spoon to place batter in circles on the griddle. Place 6 to 8 blueberries in each pool of batter. Cook until bubbles appear on top side. Flip and cook about 1-2 minutes until bottom is done. Plate up 2 cakes on each plate. Extra cakes go to hearty eaters. If you add syrup or butter, nutritional values will change.
