| 1 | Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add grated zucchini and stir to combine. | 2 | In a seperate bowl. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. | 3 | Stir dry ingredients into zucchini mixture | 4 | Add nuts(optional) | 5 | Pour into greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. | 6 | Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes or until cake tests done. |
