Steps
Sequence Step
1ADD YEAST, SUGAR, OIL, MOLASSES TO HOT WATER. LET SIT UNTIL YEAST BUBBLES. ADD RYE, WHEAT, AND ALL-PURPOSE FLOURS, SALT, GLUTEN, INSTANT COFFEE GRANULES, AND COCOA. MIX UNTIL BALL FORMS. USE SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL ON WORK SURFACE AND KNEAD DOUGH UNTIL ELASTIC. DIVIDE INTO THREE PARTS. PREPARE PANS WITH COOKING SPRAY AND THEN DUST WITH CORNMEAL. FORM LOAVES AND PUT INTO PREPARED PANS. COVER WITH TOWEL AND LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BAKE 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOLLOW SOUNDING.
