1 | Mix the flax, chia and hemp in a glass with the water, and leave in fridge until needed. |
2 | Mash the banana in a bowl: This is your butter substitute. |
3 | Add the sugars to the banana and mix until a creamy texture. |
4 | Add the salt, baking soda and cacao nibs. |
5 | Take the flax-chia-hemp mixure from the fridge. You''ll notice that it has turned all gooey; this is your egg substitute. Add it to the banana-etc. |
6 | Wash the apple, then core it and dice it. Add the diced apple bits to the mixture and mix everything together well. |
7 | Add the first 1 cup of oatmeal and mix well. |
9 | Add the remaining oats gradually, until the mixture has a cookie-dough consistency. |
10 | Sometimes I add vanilla to this recipe, but I have not decided if I prefer with or without. |
