Steps
Sequence Step
1Slice steak into very thin strips. Add cornstarch and coat steak. Heat 2tbsp''s oil in pan. Add steak and cook till almost done cooking. While steak is cooking, add sugar, soy sauce, oil, ginger, garlic and lime juice. Mix till sugar is dissolved. Add to steak. Throw peppers in. Cook for about 5 mins till steak is done and peppers are a little tender.
