Swiss Chard filling
Ingredients

cupswiss chard chopped

tablespoongreen Pepper, banana, raw (sub. for Anaheim)

onionred onion, chopped fine 1 TBL

tablespoongarlic minced
1/2
teaspoongrapeseed oil
Steps
Sequence Step
1Clean, stem and cut swiss chard
2Mince garlic, pepper and onion
3Coat the bottom of a sautee pan with oil. preheat!
4Add onions, garlic and peppers, sautee until soft.
5Add swiss chard, mix and cover. Cook until chard is wilted and soft, about 5 minutes.
6remove from heat set aside.




Quesadilla
Ingredients

tortillas, medium (approx 6" dia)tortillas, corn

cup, shreddedmonterey jack cheese - shredded
Steps
Sequence Step
1heat a tortilla in pan.
2Add Cheese, and swiss chard filling
3place second tortilla on top.
4Cook turning over occasionally until cheese is melted.
