| 1 | Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. | 2 | In a medium bowl, combine all the moist ingredients. | 3 | Add the moist mixture to the dry mixture. Stir until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips. | 4 | Pour batter into greased muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes, then remove. Makes one dozen muffins. |
