Steps
Sequence Step
1Butter or grease pan, place in oven and allow to preheat to 425 F .
2Mix cornmeal,flour,baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together. Stir lightly to mix ingredients.
3Melt butter, allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
4Mix, melted butter, eggs and buttermilk together.
5Mix dry and liquid ingredients together.
6Remove preheated pan from oven and pour batter into the pan.
7Place pan in the oven for 15 minutesand then remove.
