| 1 | Halve and seed the pepper, precook slighly in boling water about 2 or 3 minutes. | 2 | Cook minute rice according to directions. | 3 | Brown hamburger and drain. Add tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water and all of the spices. Simmer and cook the hamburger and let get tender, about 5 minutes. Add in the cooked rice. |
