Steps
Sequence Step
1Instructions: Pre-Heat oven to 350º. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
2In a med bowl mix first 5 ingredients,(Dry Mixture)(flour, soda,baking powder,salt and cinnamon)
3In a large bowl beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
4Beat in eggs, one at a time.
5Add honey and vanilla.
6Add dry mixture, in 2 additions, to wet mixture and stir until well combined.
7Stir in oatmeal until well combined, then finish stirring in cranberries, nuts, and coconut.
8Drop by heaping tablespoons 2" apart. They will spread a bit.
9Bake 9 to 12 minutes at 350º degrees.
10Let cookies cool on cookie sheets 5 minutes. Then transfer to racks to cool completely.
